(B3) Challenges to online knowledge exchange for equitable public health impact: lessons learned from the McMaster Optimal Aging Portal

The McMaster Optimal Aging Portal is an online knowledge exchange platform launched in 2014 to increase public access to trustworthy health information about healthy aging. Through this presentation we will present a series of studies to evaluate the impact of the Portal on knowledge, intentions and health behaviours, including key findings, lessons learned and next steps that may be relevant to delegates involved in other online knowledge exchange initiatives.
