(C2) Promoting and applying an inter-organisational, population health approach in Paediatric care

Lessons learnt from introducing psychosocial assessments in the Paediatric Emergency Department

This gallery space will allow for practitioners and researchers to consider effective and timely information gathering, looking at evidence behind the way we discuss talking about issues affecting children’s and young people’s health. How this information can be used on a personal level and a population level will then be considered from the perspective of the other organisations involved in the care of young people.
After reflecting on the HEADSSS case delegates can reflect on the way they collect information and how the information they hold may be useful for other organisations.
