This presentation will explain the process and results of developing a novel method to synthesise practice-based case studies. Delegates will hear about the benefits, challenges and knowledge gaps of gathering and analysing practice-based evidence from community projects. The focus will be on why we selected the methods and what we were trying to do. Study results illustrate what can be learnt from of this type of experiential evidence. The presentation will end with some recommendations for how this method could be used to improve the dissemination of learning from community-based public health.
